Maintenance of the pulse meters, including battery replacement every 5 or 10 years, depending on the device.

Pulse meters are purchased separately. Water or electricity meters and their installation, done by a licensed plumber or electrician hired by the customer, are not included either.

Billing and utility payment management
Our team handles collections from each unit and payment to the main water provider, from your own bank account. It is quoted separately: depending on the plan and region, it may be included at no cost or for a price agreed with our agents.
No mandatory commitment
Cancel anytime from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the month.
Satisfaction guarantee
If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a refund for the current month.
