Quote

Get a quote for setting up your water or electricity submetering system, including the price to install the hardware (meter and pulse reader) in each unit.

At this stage, we also define the contracting model that best suits you and how much of the collection and payment process you want to delegate to Florida Submeters or handle jointly with our team.

Agreement

Let's make the agreement that fits your needs. Choose a longterm contract to get a significant discount on meter installation or pay for the installation and use the platform with no term commitment. Cancel anytime, and the installed meters stay yours to use with any other submetering company or software.

Onboarding

We set up your master account and install a submeter and pulse reader in each unit, installation is performed by licensed professionals and tailored to each property. We also configure a wireless network that covers every unit and ensures meter readings reach the cloud daily. Optionally you can get training on how the system works if you prefer to manage it yourself.

Billing and Collection

Every month, the units receive their invoices and pay them through the Florida Submeters portal, where they can also schedule automatic payments and review their payment history, invoices, consumption and more.

Optionally, with collections and payments management, our team also handles collections and pays the main water bill.
